RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Return items in original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days for a refund (minus shipping) or a store credit for physical shop purchases. Include your return form and order details, and we’ll process your request within 14 days of receipt.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during sales), with secure payments. You can also select free in-store pickup in Riga, usually ready within one working hour.
