Return Products

It is of course possible that the products you have ordered do not meet your expectations.

You may return products if the following conditions are met:
• The products must not have been worn.
• The price tags must still be attached.
• The products must not show any damage.
• The products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Money Back

If you choose to receive a refund, you must first return the product to us. Please state your account number and order number when returning the item. Once we have received and inspected the product, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Please note: Return shipping costs and original shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or defective product).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


Products Purchased in Physical Store

Products purchased in our physical store can be returned within 14 days if they meet the return conditions listed above.
Please note: Refunds for in-store purchases are issued in the form of a gift card for the amount paid. Cash refunds are not provided.
Received the Wrong Product If you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will reserve the correct product for you and ship it once we have received the incorrect item back. All additional shipping costs in this case will be covered by us.

If the correct product is no longer in stock, we will refund the full amount, including all shipping costs.
